This study aims to examine mHealth interventions from a micro perspective by deconstructing mHealth interventions into their individual BCTs.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.严重的感官或运动障碍,或精神失常; 2.身体状况不适合走路等基本锻炼; 3.正在参与其他糖尿病自我管理研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. severe sensory or motor disorders, or mental disorders; 2. physical conditions are not suitable for basic exercises such as walking; 3. is participating in other diabetes self-management program

最小化法随机分组:将第一个受试者进行完全随机分组,从第二个受试者开始,计算该受试者被分配进入不同实验组后组间差异的大小,依据差异最小化原则进行分组。 均衡因素:①性别:男/女;②年龄:≥65岁为高,<65岁为低;③HbA1c:≥9%为高,<9%为低;④运动程度:高/低(IPAQ量表评分);权重:各25% 随机分组通过一个Python程序完成。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Minimization Randomization Method: A minimization randomization approach was employed to minimize imbalances across conditions with respect to target characteristics (each weighting 25%), including gender (male, female), age (< 65 years, ≥ 65 years), HbA1c (< 9%, ≥ 9%), and IPAQ (high, low). In this procedure, the first participant was assigned at random, while which experimental group each participant was assigned to is based on the characteristics of the participants who have already been assigned. The randomization procedure is fulfilled by using a self-developed Python system.
