研究目的：

益生菌作为非特异性免疫调节因子，可以通过细菌本身或细胞壁成分刺激免疫细胞，使其激活。已有多项研究显示益生菌对过敏性疾病有一定的预防和治疗效果。益生菌对过敏性鼻炎、阿尔兹海默症、哮喘和食物过敏等疾病都具有一定的治疗效果。本研究通过设置实验组和安慰剂对照组，双盲随机对照，研究益生菌对人体免疫力的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Probiotics, as non-specific immunomodulators, can stimulate immune cells through the bacteria itself or cell wall components, causing them to activate. A number of studies have shown that probiotics have certain preventive and therapeutic effects on allergic diseases. Probiotics have a certain therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis, Alzheimer's disease, asthma and food allergies. In this study, the experimental group and placebo control group were set up in a double-blind randomized control to study the improvement effect of probiotics on human immunity.
