研究目的:

“青年兴则国家兴,青年强则国家强”,青少年是国家的希望和民族的未来。然而,青少年期又是偏差行为的高发期,吸烟、吸毒、不安全性行为、暴力伤害、网络成瘾等危险行为通常都在青少年阶段逐渐形成,由偏差行为引发的青少年犯罪行为屡见不鲜且日益严峻,平均占刑事犯罪总数的 1/4 到 1/3。一方面对社会稳定及安全构成极大威胁,另一方面也对青少年本人的身心健康造成严重危害。因此,有效预防和矫治青少年偏差行为预防青少年犯罪逐渐成为国际关注的焦点。目前,对青少年偏差行为的干预主要涉及到生物医学、人文疗法和体育运动干预疗法等。 体育运动对青少年潜在的生理和心理效益已经得到国内外众多研究的证实,被认为是一种低成本、高效益的干预手段。本研究将基于心理学、社会学及生物学等多学科理论,以体育干预为视角,对当前国际社会有关青少年偏差行为干预的理论与实践进行系统梳理,开展体育锻炼与矫治青少年偏差行为的机制研究,探索并制定针对不同偏差行为类型的精准干预对策,助力“健康中国战略”实施,促进青少年在体育锻炼中享受乐趣、增强体质、健全人格、锤炼意志。 针对长期青少年吸烟所造成的精神和行为障碍,本研究以运动为切入点,探索运动对烟草依赖行为的改善作用及其潜在的生物学和心理学机制。通过系统研究不同类型、强度和频率的运动对吸烟者戒烟效果的影响,本研究将明确运动如何在减少烟草依赖、降低烟草消费量及减少复吸率等方面发挥作用。与此同时,本研究还将探究运动对烟草依赖者在生理、心理及神经机制方面的调节作用,以期为临床戒烟干预提供科学依据和指导,进而推动运动疗法在烟草依赖行为干预中的应用。  

Objectives of Study:

Youth is the prosperity of the country, and strong youth is the strength of the country. Youth are the hope of the country and the future of the nation. However, adolescence is also a period of high incidence of deviant behavior. Dangerous behaviors such as smoking, drug use, unsafe sexual behavior, violent injury, and internet addiction usually gradually form in adolescence. Juvenile criminal behavior caused by deviant behavior is not uncommon and increasingly severe, accounting for an average of 1/4 to 1/3 of the total number of criminal offenses. On the one hand, it poses a great threat to social stability and security, and on the other hand, it also poses a serious threat to the physical and mental health of young people themselves. Therefore, effective prevention and correction of adolescent deviant behavior to prevent juvenile delinquency has gradually become a focus of international attention. At present, interventions for adolescent deviant behavior mainly involve biomedical, humanistic therapy, and sports intervention therapy. The potential physiological and psychological benefits of sports for adolescents have been confirmed by numerous studies both domestically and internationally, and are considered a low-cost and high-benefit intervention method. This study will be based on interdisciplinary theories such as psychology, sociology, and biology, and from the perspective of sports intervention, systematically review the current theories and practices related to adolescent deviant behavior intervention in the international community, conduct research on the mechanisms of sports exercise and correction of adolescent deviant behavior, explore and formulate precise intervention strategies for different types of deviant behavior, help implement the "Healthy China Strategy", promote teenagers to enjoy fun, enhance their physical fitness, improve their personality, and exercise their willpower in sports exercise. In view of the mental and behavioral disorders caused by long-term smoking in adolescents, this study used exercise as a starting point to explore the improvement effect of exercise on tobacco dependence and its potential biological and psychological mechanisms. By systematically examining the effects of different types, intensities and frequencies of exercise on smoking cessation, this study will clarify how exercise plays a role in reducing tobacco dependence, tobacco consumption and relapse rate. At the same time, this study will explore the regulatory effects of exercise on the physiological, psychological and neurological mechanisms of tobacco dependence, in order to provide scientific basis and guidance for clinical smoking cessation intervention, and promote the application of exercise therapy in tobacco dependence behavior intervention.

According to formulas 206.9-0.67 x subject age, calculate their maximum heart rate, and use 75% -85% maximum heart rate as the standard for moderate intensity exercise. Participants are required to engage in 30 minutes of power cycling (Monark 928E, Sweden) exercise and monitor their heart rate using a Polar M430, Finland. The target heart rate is reached within 5 minutes after the start of the exercise and maintained for 30 minutes, followed by another 5 minutes of deceleration and relaxation.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据使用E-prime3.0、纸质版调查问卷和fNIRS进行采集,采集结束、处理完成后的数据通过Excel进行整理录入,电子版原始数据交由张莹莹进行存档,纸质版调查问卷存放至实验室保险箱。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The data was collected using E-prime3.0, paper-based survey questionnaires, and fNIRS. After collection and processing, the data was organized and entered into Excel. The electronic version of the original data was handed over to Zhang Yingying for archiving, and the paper-based survey questionnaire was stored in the laboratory safe.
