探索多孔喉管在肥胖患者无痛胃肠镜中缓解上呼吸道梗阻预防低氧血症的效果  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of porous laryngeal tube on alleviating upper respiratory tract obstruction and preventing hypoxemia in obese patients undergoing sedated gastrointestinal endoscopy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.1.拒绝参加的患者； 2.存在上消化道梗阻、胃排空障碍等； 3.存在凝血功能障碍； 4.严重的心血管、肺脏、肝脏或肾脏疾病； 5.口腔或者咽喉部感染或肿瘤； 6.有困难气管插管麻醉史； 7.对丙泊酚、脂肪乳、大豆、鸡蛋等过敏； 8.无陪同或监护人。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who refused to participate;
2.Upper digestive tract obstruction, gastric emptying disorder, etc.;
3.There is coagulation dysfunction;
4.Serious cardiovascular, lung, liver or kidney diseases;
5.Infections or tumours of the mouth or throat;
6.History of difficult tracheal intubation anesthesia;
7.Allergic to propofol, fatty milk, soy, eggs, etc.;
8.No escort or guardian.;
