排除标准：

1.外用含有附子的中药汤剂者； 2.合并有精神疾病的患者； 3.妊娠期和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.For external use of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions containing aconite; 2.Patients with concomitant mental illness; 3.Pregnant and lactating women.

采用病例记录表收集和储存原始数据，研究纳入数据由本研究研究人员保存于Excel表中，由主要研究者负责保存，并设置相关保密措施（如文件访问密码等），仅本研究工作人员或伦理委员会工作人员有权申请访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Collect and store raw data using case record forms.The collected data were saved in an Excel sheet by the study researchers, which was kept by the principal investigator with relevant confidentiality measures (e.g., file access passwords, etc.).
