研究目的：

带状疱疹神经痛是由带状疱疹病毒导致的周围神经损伤引起的神经病理性疼痛，随着人口老龄化，其发生率逐年增高，严重影响患者的生活质量，其治疗方法多样，疗效和预后也有较大差异。富血小板血浆取自自体血，获得途径简单且安全性高，具有神经修复和缓解疼痛的作用，其在疼痛科的应用日益增多，有望成为带状疱疹神经痛治疗中的新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Herpes zoster neuralgia is neuropathic pain caused by peripheral nerve injury due to herpes zoster virus. With the aging of the population, its incidence is increasing year by year, which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients, and its treatments are varied, and the efficacy and prognosis are also widely different. Platelet-rich plasma, which is derived from autologous blood, is simple and safe to obtain, and has the effect of nerve repair and pain relief. Its application in pain departments is increasing, and it is expected to become a new method in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①其他原因引起的显著疼痛。②患有心理精神性疾病。③凝血功能障碍、穿刺部位有感染或其他全身感染。④有其他不能配合治疗的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

① Significant pain from other causes. ② Suffering from psychosomatic diseases. ③ Coagulation disorders, infection at the puncture site or other systemic infections. ④ There are other conditions that cannot cooperate with the treatment.
