研究目的：

探讨环扫超声内镜（EUS）联合放大内镜－窄带成像技术（ME-NBI）与 ME-NBI 评估结直肠侧向发育型肿瘤（LST）浸润深度的临床应用价值。即本研究是否能大大提高结直 LST 浸润深度判断的准确性；能否为临床提供可靠的术前检查方法；能否有指导结直肠 LST 诊治的重大临床价值。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical value of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) combined with magnifying endoscopy-narrow band imaging (ME-NBI) and ME-NBI in evaluating the depth of invasion of laterally developing colorectal tumors (LST) . Whether this study can greatly improve the accuracy of LST infiltration depth judgment, whether it can provide reliable preoperative examination for clinical, whether it can guide the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal LST significant clinical value.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.内镜下分片黏膜切除术（endoscopic piecemeal mucosal resection， EPMR）的标本及、ESD 非完整整块切除的标本及外科手术上下切缘病变残留的标本； 2.患者伴有炎症性肠病，并发消化道出血，明确处于进展期结肠癌，存在凝血功能障碍，心肺功能严重不全，肝肾功能异常，既往有结直肠癌手术史者，其他类型癌症患者术后局部复发行二次手术； 3.术后病理未报告浸润深度或肿瘤浸润深度难以评估； 4.临床资料不全。 5.基于医师的评估，该患者的医学状况不适于本项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The specimens of endoscopic piecemeal mucosal resection (EPMR) , incomplete en bloc resection of ESD and residual lesions of upper and lower surgical margins were obtained; 2. The patient had inflammatory bowel disease , gastrointestinal bleeding, advanced colon cancer, Coagulopathy, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, abnormal liver and kidney function, and a history of colorectal cancer surgery Other types of cancer patients local recurrence after secondary surgery; 3. It is difficult to evaluate the depth of tumor invasion without pathological report; 4. The clinical data were incomplete; 5. Based on physician assessment, the patient's medical condition was not appropriate for this study.
