To estimate the clinical value of endoscopic ultrasound real-time elastograph imaging in the differentiation of colorectal adenoma and adenocarcinoma.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)病人或者家属拒绝签署知情同意书；(2)检查前有放化疗病史或结直肠手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients or relatives refuse to sign the informed consent;
(2) patients previously underwent radiotherapy or chemotherapy or colorectal surgery.
