研究目的：

本研究基于维生素D代谢途径，拟通过临床观察，比较健康女性与肾虚型DOR患者血清25-(OH)-D及代谢关键因子VDR、CYP2R1表达差异，对25-(OH)-D、VDR、CYP2R1与内分泌水平、基础窦卵泡数进行相关性分析，以进一步评估25-(OH)-D与卵巢储备功能的相关性。设计临床随机对照试验，观察维生素D与二五合方对于肾虚型DOR患者卵巢功能的影响，分析经二五合方治疗后肾虚型DOR患者血清25-(OH)-D、VDR、CYP2R1水平变化，为经典名方合方治疗DOR提供更多的理论依据，对于挖掘经典名方治疗中医优势病种的分子机制，丰富中医经典名方的理论科学内涵具有重要价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the vitamin D metabolic pathway, this study intends to compare the differences in the expression of serum 25-(OH)-D and the key factors of metabolism, VDR and CYP2R1 between healthy women and patients with kidney deficiency type of DOR, and to analyze the correlation of 25-(OH)-D, VDR and CYP2R1 with endocrine levels and basal sinus follicle number through clinical observation, in order to further evaluate the 25-(OH)-D and ovarian reserve function. A clinical randomized controlled trial was designed to observe the effects of vitamin D and Erwu Hefang on ovarian function in patients with renal deficiency type DOR, and to analyze the changes in serum 25-(OH)-D, VDR, and CYP2R1 levels in patients with renal deficiency type DOR after being treated with Erwu Hefang, so as to provide more theoretical basis for the treatment of DOR by combining classical prescriptions and for the excavation of molecular mechanism of classical prescriptions for treating the advantageous types of Chinese medicine. It is of great value to explore the molecular mechanism of classical prescriptions for the treatment of Chinese medicine advantageous diseases, and to enrich the theoretical scientific connotation of classical prescriptions of Chinese medicine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.依从性差，不能配合完成治疗； b.合并高泌乳素血症、甲状腺功能异常等其他内分泌疾病者； c.先天或后天生殖器官畸形； d.患有重大心脑血管疾病、精神类疾病或恶性肿瘤者； e.服用其他药物治疗有可能影响疗效评价者； f.有肝肾功能异常、凝血功能异常等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Poor compliance and inability to cooperate in completing the treatment; b.Combined with other endocrine diseases such as hyperprolactinemia and abnormal thyroid function; c.Congenital or acquired malformation of reproductive organs; d.Those who suffer from major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental diseases or malignant tumors; e.Those who take other medication that may affect the evaluation of efficacy; f. Those with abnormal liver or kidney function, abnormal coagulation function and other diseases.
