研究目的：

研究超声引导下关节腔内注射联合白脉软膏介导体外冲击波治疗肩周炎方法，来评价其治疗肩周炎的可行性、安全性和优越性。  

Objectives of Study：

Study the feasibility, safety, and superiority of ultrasound-guided intra-articular injection combined with Baimai ointment mediated extracorporeal shock wave treatment for shoulder periarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①X线、超声或MR检查提示肩关节骨折、脱位、肩袖撕裂；②肩关节外伤、手术病史；③患有类风湿关节炎、肿瘤、结核或糖尿病；④严重出、凝血功能障碍或心理疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

① X-ray, ultrasound or MR examination indicates shoulder joint fracture, dislocation, and rotator cuff tear; ② Shoulder joint trauma and surgical history; ③ Have rheumatoid arthritis, tumor, tuberculosis or diabetes; ④ Severe bleeding, coagulation dysfunction or psychological disorders.
