研究目的：

通过多家医院共同收集BAV患者相关信息，多中心研究BAV患者临床、影像学及治疗、预后特点，建立国人BAV数据库；针对不同类型BAV主动脉瓣病理分型不同，应用超声心动图无创性评估瓣叶病变不同形式及不同预后，特别是针对低心功能无法进行外科手术治疗患者，为TAVR手术前期工作进行准备；探索BAV患者合并升主动脉扩张机制，留存患者血样后续分析，并扩大样本量，观察BAV型单纯主动脉瓣置换术后患者升主动脉情况。最终，为BAV患者随访，及治疗方式、治疗时机及治疗方案选择提供依据，协助证实BAV动脉病变形成机制原因。

Objectives of Study：

Through a number of hospitals to collect relevant information together with BAV, multicenter study of patients with BAV clinical, imaging and treatment, prognosis, to establish BAV database; according to the different types of BAV aortic pathological type, echocardiography and noninvasive assessment of leaflet lesions with different forms and prognosis, especially for low cardiac function can not be treated with surgical operation, to prepare the prophase work of TAVR operation; explore BAV patients with ascending aortic dilatation, retained blood samples of patients follow-up analysis, and expand the sample, observe BAV simple ascending aorta after aortic valve replacement patients. In the end, the BAV patients were followed up, and the methods of treatment, the timing of treatment and the choice of treatment options were provided to help confirm the cause of the pathogenesis of the BAV artery disease.

排除标准：

① 三叶式主动脉瓣病变患者或/和合并主动脉瓣明显钙化；②临床医师认为不适合入组者（如：终末期患者、精神疾病、不配合治疗者等）③不同意入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. three leaf aortic valve disease or / or combined aortic valve calcification;
2. The clinicians considered that they were not suitable for entry into the group (such as end-stage patients, mental disorders, untreated persons, etc.).
