研究目的：

探索中国梅尼埃病临床分型方案。 探索梅尼埃病分期指标及参数模型。 建立梅尼埃病预后分析模型，揭示疾病多模态标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical classification scheme of Meniere disease in China. To explore the staging indexes and parameter models of Meniere disease. A prognostic analysis model of Meniere's disease was established to reveal the multimodal markers of the disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并其他原因导致的平衡功能障碍者，包括脑梗死、小脑病变、听神经瘤、前庭神经炎、多发性硬化、大前庭导水管等； ②合并其他原因导致头颈部活动受限或需头部制动者（严重颈椎病、颈 部外伤、颅内感染等），无法完成随访的患者； ③合并严重系统性疾病、精神障碍等，无法完成随访的患者； ④研究者认为具有其他不适合参加本次临床研究的理由。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with balance dysfunction caused by other causes, including cerebral infarction, cerebellar disease, acoustic neuroma, vestibular neuritis, multiple sclerosis, and large vestibular aquaquet; (2) Patients with limited head and neck movement or head braking due to other reasons (severe cervical spondylosis, neck Department trauma, intracranial infection, etc.), patients who could not complete follow-up; ③ Patients with severe systemic diseases, mental disorders, etc., who could not complete the follow-up; ④ The investigator believes that there are other reasons for not participating in this clinical study.
