Objectives of Study：

Compare the effect of dexmedetomidine and midazolam in patients with brain injury

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①镇静时间＜24小时
②既往长期服用安眠药；
③妊娠；
④术后GCS3分；
⑤严重肝功能异常（ChildB或C级）；
⑥严重肾功能异常（术前透析治疗、血肌酐＞445μmol/l、尿素氮＞20mmol/l）；
⑦血流动力学不稳定（心律失常、低血压）；
⑧术后24小时死亡
⑨颅脑肿瘤术后（此次）
⑩拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The sedation time is less than 24 hours;
2. Take sleeping pills for a long time in the past;
3. pregnancy;
4. GCS 3;
5. severe liver dysfunction(ChildB or C);
6. Severe renal abnormalities(preoperative dialysis, blood creatinine > 445 μmol / l, urea nitrogen > 20 mmol/l);
7. hemodynamics instability(arrhythmia, hypotension);
8. died in 24 hours;
9. tumor surgery(this time);
10. The Lord refused to sign an informed consent.
