研究目的：

通过观察耳针与假针刺疗效差异，探究耳针治疗心肾不交型失眠的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness and safety of auricular acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia of the cardio-renal dysfunction type by observing the difference in efficacy between auricular acupuncture and sham acupuncture.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并心、肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统、结核、肿瘤等严重原发性疾病及感染性、传染性疾病患者； (2)有严重或不稳定的精神病理或认知障碍/痴呆； (3)耳部有皮肤破损者； (4)睡眠呼吸暂停、不安腿综合征、昼夜节律睡眠紊乱等睡眠障碍患者； (5)酗酒或滥用药物者等不良生活习惯者； (6)妊娠期或哺乳期的妇女； (7)近3个月内参加了或正在参加其他临床研究试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with comorbid cardiac, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic, endocrine, tuberculosis, tumors, and other serious primary diseases, as well as infectious and contagious diseases; (2) With severe or unstable psychopathology or cognitive impairment/dementia; (3) Those with skin breakdown in the ear; (4) Patients with sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and circadian rhythm sleep disorders; (5) People with bad lifestyle habits such as alcohol or drug abusers; (6) Women during pregnancy or lactation; (7) Participated or are participating in other clinical research trials within the last 3 months.
