Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有其他重大身体疾病；严重精神疾病；高自杀风险（近一个月有自杀尝试）

Exclusion criteria：

participants who suffer from other major physical illnesses, or severe mental illnesses; have high suicide risk (with suicide attempts in the past month)

一个对本研究所有实验过程保持盲态的研究人员完成整个随机分组过程。该研究人员不参与筛选受试者。该研究人员通过R语言代码对被试进行随机排序，前50%的个体进入干预组，后50%的个体进入等待组。完成分组过程的研究人员将用密码保护分配表并严格保存分配表。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A researcher who remained blind to all experimental processes in the study completed the entire randomization process. The researcher was not involved in screening subjects. The researchers randomly sorted the subjects using R code, with the top 50% of individuals allocated to the intervention group and the bottom 50% entering the waiting group. Researchers who complete the grouping process will password protect the assignment table and strictly save the assignment table.
