研究目的:

本次研究是为探索高强度循环训练以及睡眠健康干预对于久坐睡眠差的年轻女性的睡眠影响 我们预计(1)每一种干预手段都可以改善睡眠 (2) 高强度循环训练结合睡眠健康干预的改善会高于它们单独两组,并高于对照组  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of high-intensity circuit training (HICT) and sleep health intervention (SH) on sleep in sedentary young females with poor sleep health. We hypothesized that (1) both HICT and SH would improve sleep, and (2) the combination of HICT and SH would be more effective than either HICT or SH alone as well as control.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

排除标准如下: 1) 参与者过去六个月参与过相似项目; 2) 存在心血管,呼吸,神经,肌肉,代谢和或内分泌疾病

Exclusion criteria:

The exclusion criteria are as follows: 1) Participated in the similar programs during the past 6 months; 2) Presence of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurologic, musculoskeletal, metabolic and/or endocrine diseases.
