研究目的：

探索重症监护室患者亲属通过书写ICU日记的干预方案对重症患者出院后心理障碍（PTSD、焦虑、抑郁）的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of a diary ICU intervention on psychological disorders (PTSD, anxiety, depression).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有神经系统疾病史（如脑外伤、痴呆症、急性神经系统疾病）； 2.入院前有精神疾病或精神疾病史（如焦虑、抑郁、精神分裂、PTSD、严重的心理疾病等精神心理问题）； 3.转出 ICU 后存在意识障碍、认知异常； 4.正在参加其他研究项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. previous history of neurological disease (such as brain trauma, dementia, acute neurological disease); 2.mental illness or history of mental illness prior to admission (such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, PTSD, serious mental illness); 3.consciousness disorders and cognitive abnormalities after transfer to ICU; 4.participating in other research projects.
