研究目的:

研发国产柔性电生理记录电极,用于脑深度电刺激术中电生理电位,替代进口产品,在此基础上,搭建清醒状态人颅内多通道单细胞记录研究平台,服务脑科学研究。  

Objectives of Study:

Develop domestically produced hyperflexible neural electrodes for electrophysiological potentials during deep brain stimulation, replacing imported products. On this basis, a multi-channel single-cell recording research platform in the awake human brain will be built to serve brain research.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1) 有明显的认知功能障碍; (2) 有严重(难治性)抑郁、焦虑、精神分裂症等精神类疾病; (3) 长期服用特殊药物者,如免疫抑制剂、激素、抗凝药等; (4) 过敏体质,有药物过敏史,对手术器械或者药物过敏者; (5) 存在全身麻醉、开颅或手术禁忌症; (6) 近 6 个月内诊断为急性心肌梗死或心脏骤停; (7) 研究者认为具有其他神经外科禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) There is obvious cognitive dysfunction; (2) Have severe (refractory) depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses; (3) Those who take special drugs for a long time, such as immunosuppressants, hormones, anticoagulants, etc.; (4) Those with allergies, history of drug allergy, or allergies to surgical instruments or drugs; (5) There are contraindications for general anesthesia, craniotomy or surgery; (6) Diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction or cardiac arrest within the past 6 months; (7) Patients who have other contraindications to neurosurgery in the opinion of the investigator.
