研究目的：

研究一：通过前瞻性临床交叉对照试验，对椅旁前牙即刻种植数字化即刻修复的精度及美学效果进行定量研究，评估其临床意义。 研究二：研发一种新的种植体位置优化设计方法， 评估新的优化算法及实时导航完成全牙弓种植即刻修复的优势，为临床应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Study 1: A prospective clinical cross controlled trial was conducted to quantitatively study the accuracy and aesthetic effect of digital immediate restoration of adjacent anterior teeth and evaluate its clinical significance. Study 2: Develop a new implant position optimization design method, evaluate the advantages of new optimization algorithms and real-time navigation for immediate restoration of full arch implants, and provide scientific basis for clinical applications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

研究一排除标准: 1. 有未控制的全身性疾病；2. 处于妊娠期或年龄<18岁；3. 口颌面部局部条件不佳，如严重张口受限、夜磨牙症、重度吸烟、口腔卫生状况维护不佳者；4. 患牙根尖感染处于急性活动期；5. 正在接受正畸治疗的患者。 研究二排除标准：1. 严重的全身性疾病，如未控制的糖尿病、严重的心血管疾病；2. 急性和慢性口腔感染；3. 每天吸烟10支以上；4. 用于测量的成像数据不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for Study 1: 1 Uncontrolled systemic diseases; 2. Pregnant or under 18 years old; 3. Poor local conditions in the oral and maxillofacial regions, such as severe mouth opening restriction, night bruxism, severe smoking, and poor maintenance of oral hygiene; 4. The infected tooth root tip is in the acute active phase; 5. Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment. Exclusion criteria for Study 2: 1. Severe systemic diseases, such as uncontrolled diabetes, serious cardiovascular disease; 2. Acute and chronic oral infections; 3. Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day; and 4. Incomplete imaging data for measurement.

More than one temporary resin restorations and one formal all ceramic restorations using either classic or fully digital processes are fabricated for each patient. One of the temporary restorations was ultimately worn according to the patient's wishes.

Import the preoperative CBCT of the patient into IVSP Image software, and design the implant on the computer according to the newly proposed optimization method in this study. Experienced physicians will perform the surgery according to the corresponding preoperative design plan for each patient under the guidance of the navigation system.

Study 1: A random grouping scheme was studied, in which statistical professionals generated 30 envelopes using block randomization method (using Excel software to generate a random sequence), each containing information on the trial order of the restoration. Study 2: The random grouping scheme was generated by statistical professionals using block randomization method (using Excel software to generate random sequences) to generate 60 envelopes, each containing the grouping information of the subjects.
