研究目的：

1.通过搭建喘息性疾病患儿的临床诊疗信息数据库及生物标本库平台，了解该疾病发生、发展，直至结局的全过程； 2.筛选疾病发展及预后的相关因素,同时对疾病各阶段动态预测预警模型建立； 3.评价儿童喘息性疾病的家庭和社会造成负担情况； 4.评估现行干预方案的安全性及有效性，为进一步改进现行的临床用药指南提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To comprehend the whole process of the occurrence,development and outcome through setting up of a clinical diagnosis and treatment information database and biological specimen database platform of children with wheezing disease; 2. To screen the related factors of disease development and prognosis, and establish an early warning model for the dynamic prediction of disease stages; 3. To evaluate the burden of families and societies of children with asthmatic diseases; 4. To assess the safety and effectiveness of actual interventions in order to provide data support for further improvement of actual clinical guidelines.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重疾病，如心功能衰竭、肝功能衰竭、肾功能不全、肾脏疾病、结缔组织病、免疫缺陷病、肿瘤、高血压、糖尿病、营养不良等；
2.未获得知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With other serious diseases, such as heart failure, liver failure, renal insufficiency, renal disease, connective tissue disease, immunodeficiency disease, cancer, hypertension, diabetes, malnutrition and so on;
2. No informed consent was obtained.
