Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of efficacy and safety of perioperative immunonutrition combined with probiotics in gastric cancer patients

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前检查提示胃癌伴腹膜转移或其他腹腔脏器广泛转移; 2.对速熠素中成分或双歧杆菌四联活菌片过敏; 3.既往长期服用胃肠道相关药物如泻药或止泻药、促胃动力药等; 4.无法行肠内营养患者（如短肠综合征); 5.合并重症感染; 6.孕期或哺乳期妇女或计划备孕.

Exclusion criteria：

1.The preoperative examination is suggestive of gastric cancer with peritoneal metastasis or with extensive metastasis to other abdominal organs. 2.Hypersensitivity to the ingredients in IMPACT or to Combined Bifidobacterium ,Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets,Live; 3.Long-term use of gastrointestinal-related medications, such as laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, and gastric stimulants, can have adverse effects. 4.Patients who are unable to perform enteral nutrition, such as those with short bowel syndrome, 5.Comorbid severe infections; 6.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant.
