研究目的：

通过对全离体肝切除联合自体余肝移植、半离体肝切除联合自体余肝移植、异体肝移植、常规肝切除治疗晚期肝包虫病进行比较，探讨全离体和半离体自体移植的适应症，下腔静脉的不同重建方式及不同重建材料，第一肝门受侵犯的三级肝门重建方式，长时间肝脏离体后无肝期病人安全监控问题，术前肝功能评价和余肝容积计算和肝内重要管道受侵犯评估，评价上述四种疗法的近期及远期并发症及生存率。

Objectives of Study：

By comparing ex vivo liver resection and autotransplantation, ex situ liver resection and autotransplantation,Liver transplantation and Radical resection in treating end-stage hepatic alveolar echinococcosis, our aim is to find the indications of ex vivo liver resection and autotransplantation and ex situ liver resection and autotransplantation, the different ways and materials of inferior vena cava reconstruction, the way to reconstruct tertiary portal hilum, the solution to monitor safety of patients during long-term anhepatic period, the way to do preoperative evaluation, calculate remanent liver volume and assess the invasion of intrahepatic conduits, and evaluate the short-term and long-term complications and overall survival of the four treatments.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合纳入标准的患者；
2.拒绝签署知情同意书者；
3.术前评估认为无法手术治疗者；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.依从性较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
2. patients who redused to sign informed consent file;
3. patients who can't tolerate the surgery;
4. pregnancy, breastfeeding women;
5. patients who have poor compliance.
