研究目的：

通过评估腹腔镜骶骨固定术患者在快速康复方案治疗后相关指标的变化，观察快速康复方案干预对腹腔镜骶骨固定术患者康的康复疗效，为腹腔镜骶骨固定术患者提供康复的实践经验。

Objectives of Study：

By evaluating the changes of relevant indicators after the enhanced recovery protocol in patients with laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy surgery, the effect of the enhanced recovery protocol intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy surgery was observed, and the practical experience of rehabilitation for patients with laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy surgery was provided.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并恶性肿瘤；2. 空腹血糖>11.1mmol/L，血压>160/100mmHg，肝肾功能不全，精神疾病；3. 存在腹腔镜手术禁忌；4. NSAIDs用药禁忌；5. 拒绝签署知情同意。注：凡符合 1 项均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. combined malignant tumour; 2. fasting blood glucose >11.1 mmol/L, blood pressure >160/100 mmHg, hepatic and renal insufficiency, psychiatric disease; 3. contraindication to laparoscopic surgery; 4. contraindication to NSAIDs; 5. refusal to sign informed consent. Note: All patients who met one of these criteria were excluded.
