研究目的：

本研究针对严重影响人们健康的脑梗塞所致的执行功能损害，构建干预脑梗塞患者执行功能损害的时空同构模式康复锻练方案，并运用时空同构模式康复锻练方案指导执行功能损害患者康复锻炼，与传统执行功能康复锻炼相比较，观察康复效果。并且在出院前给于患者家属深度访谈，了解出院锻炼的依从性及存在的问题，用电话或短信方式随访出院后康复锻炼情况，观察时空同构模式康复锻炼对执行功能损害患者后期的影响。观察时空同构模式的康复锻练对执行功能损害患者自我效能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the executive function impairment caused by cerebral infarction that seriously affect people's health was constructed, and a spatio-temporal isomorphic rehabilitation program was designed to intervene in the patients with cerebral infarction. At the same time, the spatio-temporal isomorphic rehabilitation program was used to guide the patients with functional impairment Rehabilitation exercise, compared with the traditional executive rehabilitation exercise, observe the rehabilitation effect.And depth interviews with patients and their dependents prior to discharge, to understand compliance and existing problems of discharge exercise, follow-up by telephone or text message after discharge from the hospital to observe the exercise of space-time isomorphic rehabilitation exercises on patients with impaired patients with late effects. To observe the effect of spatio-temporal isomorphic rehabilitation exercise on self-efficacy of patients with functional impairment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①大面积脑梗塞和脑干梗塞；②并发心肌梗塞或合并严重肝肾功能障碍、重症感染、严重的糖尿病；③有严重沟通交流言语障碍；④存在严重半侧空间忽略证患者；⑤服用改善认知功能障碍相关药物者；⑥正在参加其他相关执行功能障碍研究的患者；⑦经反复指导仍不能完成量表检查者；⑧研究中途退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. large areas of cerebral infarction and brain stem infarction;
2. complicated with myocardial infarction or severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe infection, severe diabetes;
3. serious communication and exchange of speech barriers;
4. Complicated with a serious half space overlooked;
5. taking drugs to improve cognitive impairment related persons;are participating in other related patients who perform dysfunction studies;
6. Been participating in other related executive function disorder patients in the study;
7. Been participating in executive dysfunction in patients with other relevant research;
8. After repeated guidance can not complete the scale inspection.
