探索胸腹部手术术后并发症的围术期影响因素并构建预测模型，精准识别高危人群，以及为围术期干预提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the perioperative influencing factors of postoperative complications after thoracic and abdominal surgery, and to construct a prediction model to accurately identify high-risk groups and provide guidance for perioperative intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术的患者； 2.接受新辅助化疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
