Measure time point of outcome：	before the patients' discharge	Measure method：	In this study, we first accounted for the manpower costs of a standard unaccompanied care unit (i.e., all of the patient's life care during hospitalization is provided by standardized trained caregivers, with no family members accompanying or accompanying but not caring for the patient), and compared the sum of the medical caregivers and nurses' manpower costs of a standard unaccompanied care unit with the sum of the nurses' manpower costs of other accompanied care programs.
