研究目的：

（1）探索益生菌制剂对老年HFpEF患者的作用及其机制；（2）基于“肠心轴”，探索HFpEF的发病机制。

Objectives of Study：

(1) to explore the effects of probiotic preparations in elderly patients with HFpEF and their mechanisms; (2) To explore the pathogenesis of HFpEF based on the "intestinal-cardiac axis."

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 对酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片过敏； 2) 入组前3个月内连续服用过益生菌制剂，入组前3个月内服用过抗生素； 3) 在入组前6个月内发生过心肌梗死，行冠脉搭桥手术或发生任何可能降低LVEF的事件(除非已确认LVEF≥50％)； 4) 在入组前6个月内行瓣膜置换手术； 5) 血压控制不佳 (SBP≥180mmHg或DBP≥100 mmHg)； 6) 目前急性失代偿性心衰需要治疗； 7) 静息心率超过120次/分，或并发恶性心律失常； 8) 显著冠状动脉病变需PCI再血管化治疗； 9) 严重肾功能不全（血肌酐>442μmol/L）或接受透析治疗； 10) 当前并发急性病或慢性疾病急性加重。

Exclusion criteria：

1) hypersensitivity to Clostridium tuberosum enterococcus triple live bacterial tablets; 2) consecutive probiotic preparations taken within the first 3 months of enrollment and antibiotics taken within the first 3 months of enrollment; 3) had had a myocardial infarction in the 6 months prior to enrollment, had undergone coronary bypass surgery, or had any event that might have reduced LVEF (unless LVEF ≥50% has been confirmed); 4) perform valve replacement surgery within 6 months before enrollment; 5) poor blood pressure control (SBP≥180mmHg or DBP≥100mmHg); 6) current acute decompensated heart failure requiring treatment; 7) resting heart rate more than 120 beats/min, or complicated by malignant arrhythmias; 8) significant coronary artery lesions requiring PCI with revascularization; 9) severe renal impairment (blood creatinine >442μmol/L) or receiving dialysis; 10) current concurrent acute illnesses or acute exacerbations of chronic disease.
