研究目的：

本研究旨在描述 ICU 转出患者出现心理和躯体症状的现况，并分析其影响因素，为医护人员早期识别及精准管理 ICU 转出患者的症状问题提供更多依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to describe the current situation of psychological and somatic symptoms in patients transferred out of the ICU, and to analyze the influencing factors, providing more evidence for medical staff to early identify and accurately manage the symptomatic issues of patients transferred out of the ICU.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有精神疾患和意识障碍者 2.听力及语言存在表达障碍，无法正确理解问卷内容者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with mental disorders and consciousness disturbances 2. Those with hearing and language expression barriers who cannot correctly understand the content of the questionnaire.
