研究目的：

主要目的：评价RNA聚合体制剂提升男性勃起功能临床应用的安全性 次要目的： 1. 评价RNA聚合体制剂提升男性勃起功能临床应用的有效性 2. 评价RNA聚合体制剂对男性性生活满意度的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To evaluate the safety of clinical application of RNA polymer preparations for enhancing male erectile function Secondary purpose: 1. Evaluate the effectiveness of RNA polymer preparations in enhancing male erectile function in clinical applications 2. Evaluate the impact of RNA polymer preparations on male sexual satisfaction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.使用阴茎假体者；
2.有明显影响阴茎勃起的生殖器畸形。；
3.凝血功能异常者。；
4.治疗部位有皮肤感染、溃疡、肿瘤等病损者。；
5.泌尿生殖道感染者。；
6.使用抗抑郁药物、抗雄激素药物或者肿瘤化疗药物的患者。；
7.有出血性疾病或活动性消化道溃疡的患者。；
8.严重的性欲障碍患者，严重的精神障碍或者弱智患者，长期酗酒史及药物滥用史。；
9.有蛋白过敏史或细胞制剂过敏史者。；
10.有阴茎异常勃起史或有容易导致阴茎异常勃起疾病（如镰状细胞贫血症、多发性骨髓瘤或白血病）者。；
11.组前6个月内出现过心肌梗死、脑卒中、危及生命的心律失常或进行性行为时有潜在心血管风险的患者，包括但不限于研究者判断的心电图明显异常、冠状动脉重建术史、不稳定心绞痛、性交心绞痛、充血性心力衰竭、显著的心肌病、中度或重度心血管疾病等，不宜进行性生活者。；
12.天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 AST，丙氨酸氨基转移酶ALT大于2倍正常值上限，不宜进行性生活者。；
13.肌酐大于2倍正常值上限，不宜进行性生活者。；
14.研究者认为患者不宜参加本研究的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals using penile implants.;
2.Genital malformations that significantly affect penile erection;
3.Individuals with abnormal coagulation function;
4.Patients with skin infections, ulcers, tumors, and other lesions at the treatment site;
5.Urinary and reproductive tract infections;
6.Patients who use antidepressants, androgens, or tumor chemotherapy drugs;
7.Patients with hemorrhagic diseases or active gastrointestinal ulcers;
8.Patients with severe sexual desire disorders, severe mental disorders or intellectual disabilities, long-term history of alcohol abuse and drug abuse;
9.Individuals with a history of protein allergy or cell preparation allergy;
10.Individuals with a history of abnormal penile erection or those with conditions that can easily lead to abnormal penile erection;
11.Patients who have experienced myocardial infarction, stroke, life-threatening arrhythmia, or potential cardiovascular risk during sexual activity within the 6 months prior to enrollment, including but not limited to those diagnosed by the researcher as having significant abnormalities in electrocardiogram, history of coronary artery reconstruction surgery, unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, congestive heart failure, significant cardiomyopathy, moderate or severe cardiovascular disease, etc., and are not suitable for sexual activity.;
12.Aspartate aminotransferase AST and alanine aminotransferase ALT are greater than twice the upper limit of normal values and are not suitable for sexual activity;
13.Creatinine levels greater than twice the upper limit of normal and unsuitable for sexual activity;
14.Other situations where the researcher believes that patients are not suitable to participate in this study;
