研究目的：

1、主要目的： 评价RNA聚合体制剂女性抗衰技术临床应用的安全性 2、次要目的： （1） 评价RNA聚合体制剂女性抗衰技术临床应用的有效性 （2） 评价RNA聚合体制剂女性抗衰技术对女性卵巢功能改善的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main objective: To evaluate the safety of clinical application of RNA polymer preparations for female anti-aging technology 2.Secondary purpose: (1)Evaluation of the effectiveness of RNA polymer preparations in the clinical application of anti-aging technology in women (2)Evaluate the impact of RNA polymer preparations on female anti-aging technology in improving ovarian function in women

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.原发性闭经或染色体核型异常者，或因甲状腺及肾上腺内分泌疾病、手术放疗后造成的继发性闭经者；
2.妇科急慢性炎症未得到控制者。；
3.重要脏器的严重功能损害，凝血机制异常；
4.存在乳腺、子宫、卵巢肿瘤，以及任何其他良恶性肿瘤患者；
5.合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、神经系统疾病、内分泌疾病者；
6.盆腔手术史及放射治疗史；
7.对蛋白或细胞制剂严重过敏者；
8.入组前6个月内出现过心肌梗死、脑卒中、危及生命的心律失常或进行性行为时有潜在心血管风险的患者，包括但不限于研究者判断的心电图明显异常、冠状动脉重建术史、不稳定心绞痛、性交心绞痛、充血性心力衰竭、显著的心肌病、中度或重度心血管疾病等。；
9.研究者认为的患者不宜参加本研究的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Primary amenorrhea or chromosomal karyotype abnormalities, or secondary amenorrhea caused by thyroid and adrenal endocrine disorders or surgical radiotherapy;
2.Patients with uncontrolled acute and chronic gynecological inflammation.;
3.Severe functional damage to important organs and abnormal coagulation mechanisms;
4.Patients with breast, uterine, ovarian tumors, and any other benign or malignant tumors;
5.Individuals with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems, neurological disorders, and endocrine disorders combined;
6.History of pelvic surgery and radiation therapy;
7.Individuals with severe allergies to proteins or cellular preparations;
8.Patients who have experienced myocardial infarction, stroke, life-threatening arrhythmia, or potential cardiovascular risk during sexual activity within the 6 months prior to enrollment, including but not limited to significant abnormalities in electrocardiogram determined by the researcher, history of coronary artery reconstruction surgery, unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, congestive heart failure, significant cardiomyopathy, moderate or severe cardiovascular disease, etc.;
9.Other situations where the researcher believes that patients are not suitable to participate in this study;
