研究目的：

应用不同液体对DIEP患者实施目标导向液体治疗，测量患者舌下微循环的变化，观察舌下微循环是否与DIEP手术术后皮瓣恢复存在相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

DIEP patients were treated with goal-directed fluids, and the changes of sublingual microcirculation were measured to observe whether there was a correlation between sublingual microcirculation and flap recovery after DIEP surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①存在肝肾功能不全 ②存在心功能不全或有心律失常 ③急诊手术 ④存在凝血功能障碍 ⑤妊娠患者

Exclusion criteria：

① liver and kidney dysfunction ② heart dysfunction or arrhythmia ③ emergency surgery ④ coagulation dysfunction ⑤ pregnant patients
