建立乙肝肝硬化患者发生自发性细菌性腹膜炎的肠道微生态预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

To establish predictive model of HBV-related cirrhosis patients with SBP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 代偿期肝硬化患者：
排除标准：1) 失代偿期肝硬化;2) 肝癌;3) 近1周内用过或正在使用抗菌药物、益生元、益生菌或质子泵抑制剂；4）合并非HBV的其他病毒感染的急慢性肝炎、HCV感染、HDV感染、自身免疫性肝炎、原发性胆汁性肝硬化、原发性硬化性胆管炎、遗传代谢性肝病、药物或毒物性肝炎、酒精性肝病; 5)有严重的基础病,包括慢性呼吸衰竭、循环衰竭、肾功能衰竭等或器官移植、免疫缺陷; 6)妊娠或哺乳期妇女以及计划在研究期内怀孕的妇女; 7)正在参加其他临床试验者;8) 研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况。
② 肝硬化腹水患者：
排除标准：1) 曾或现在合并肝性脑病；2）曾或现在合并上消化道出血;3) 合并肝癌;4) 近1周内用过或正在使用抗菌药物、益生元、益生菌或质子泵抑制剂；5）入组前合并非HBV的其他病毒感染的急慢性肝炎、HCV感染、HDV感染、自身免疫性肝炎、原发性胆汁性肝硬化、原发性硬化性胆管炎、遗传代谢性肝病、药物或毒物性肝炎、酒精性肝病; 6)有严重的基础病,包括慢性呼吸衰竭、循环衰竭、肾功能衰竭等或器官移植、免疫缺陷; 7)妊娠或哺乳期妇女以及计划在研究期内怀孕的妇女; 8)正在参加其他临床试验者;9) 研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况。
③ 肝硬化腹水合并SBP：
排除标准：满足肝硬化腹水患者排除标准。
④ 健康对照组：
排除标准：1)合并HBV感染者或有其他疾病者；2)近1周内用过或正在使用抗菌药物、益生元、益生菌或中药制剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Compensated cirrhosis patients:
(1) decompensated cirrhosis;
(2) hepatocellular carcinoma;
(3) ever used or currently using antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics or protons Pump inhibitors;
(4) acute and chronic hepatitis with non-HBV virus, HCV infection, HDV infection, autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosis cholangitis, Genetic metabolic liver diseases, drugs or toxic hepatitis alcoholic liver disease;
(5) serious underlying diseases including chronic respiratory failure, circulatory failure, renal failure, etc. or organ transplantation, immunodeficiency;
(6) pregnancy or lactating women and those who plan be pregnant during the study period;
(7) Those participating in other clinical trials;
(8) Others that the researcher considers unsuitable for enrollment.
2. Cirrhosis patients with ascites:
(1) ever had or have hepatic encephalopathy;
(2) ever had or have upper gastrointestinal bleeding;
(3) hepatocellular carcinoma;
(4) ever used or currently using antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics or protons Pump inhibitors;
(5) acute and chronic hepatitis with non-HBV virus, HCV infection, HDV infection, autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosis cholangitis, Genetic metabolic liver diseases, drugs or toxic hepatitis alcoholic liver disease;
(6) serious underlying diseases including chronic respiratory failure, circulatory failure, renal failure, etc. or organ transplantation, immunodeficiency;
(7) pregnancy or lactating women and those who plan be pregnant during the study period;
(8) Those participating in other clinical trials;
(9) Others that the researcher considers unsuitable for enrollment.
3. Cirrhosis patients with SBP:
meeting the exclusion criteria for cirrhosis patients with ascites.
4. healthy control group:
(1) HBV infection or other diseases;
(2) antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics or traditional Chinese medicine were used or in use in the last 1 week.
