研究目的：

制定国产自主创新神经刺激系统治疗老年尿便失禁的技术标准与规范：通过建立诊疗示范基地，对三款国产自主创新神经刺激系统（六电极骶神经刺激器、无创胫神经电磁机器和盆底电磁机器）进行技术推广与临床应用普及，完善与规范国产创新刺激系统治疗老年尿便失禁患者的技术流程，优化刺激参数，完善诊疗方案；探索神经刺激大脑中枢作用机制，建立神经监测评估体系；建立患者宣教管理平台，开展无创疗法的社区普及与应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Developing technical standards and specifications for domestically produced autonomous innovation neural stimulation systems for the treatment of elderly urinary and fecal incontinence: By establishing diagnostic and therapeutic demonstration bases, promoting the technical dissemination and clinical application of three domestically produced autonomous innovation neural stimulation systems (six-electrode sacral nerve stimulator, non-invasive tibial nerve electrical stimulator, and pelvic floor electrical stimulator), refining and standardizing the technical processes for treating elderly urinary and fecal incontinence patients with domestically produced innovative stimulation systems, optimizing stimulation parameters, and improving diagnostic and therapeutic protocols; exploring the central nervous system mechanisms of neural stimulation, and establishing a neural monitoring evaluation system; establishing a patient education management platform to promote and apply non-invasive therapies in the community.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.安装心脏起搏器或植入式除颤器者（电刺激对起搏器安全性影响）； 2.合并有未控制的症状性泌尿系感染、膀胱肿瘤、泌尿系结石者； 3.癫痫患者，老年性痴呆、脑萎缩、脑血管疾病急性期、认知能力障碍者、帕金森、脊髓完全损伤的患者； 4.精神疾患不能与医生合作者； 5.存在恶性肿瘤等严重影响健康的伴随性疾病； 6.Ⅱ级及Ⅰ级以上盆腔器官脱垂患者； 7.需要留置尿管或间歇导尿排空膀胱的患者； 8.其他研究者认为不适合入选的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have had a cardiac pacemaker or implantable defibrillator installed (impact of electrical stimulation on the safety of the pacemaker); 2. Those with uncontrolled symptomatic urinary tract infections, bladder tumors, and urinary tract stones are included. 3. Patients with epilepsy, senile dementia, brain atrophy, acute stage of cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive impairment, Parkinson's disease, and patients with complete spinal cord injury; 4. Mental disorders cannot be treated by doctors alone; 5. There are accompanying diseases that seriously affect health, such as malignant tumors; 6. Patients with grade II or above pelvic organ prolapse; 7. Patients who require indwelling urinary catheterization or intermittent catheterization to empty their bladders; 8. Other researchers believe that certain situations are not suitable for inclusion.
