研究目的:

通过二代测序(NGS)检测经康柏西普治疗的增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者玻璃体腔内microRNAs谱,旨在探究康柏西普对PDR患者眼内基因表达的影响,并探索其在眼内环境中的复杂调控机制,为延缓 PDR进展寻找新的治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the effect of conbercept on intraocular gene expression in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) and its complex regulatory mechanism in the intraocular environment by detecting the microRNAs profile in the vitreous cavity of patients with PDR treated with conbercept by next generation sequencing (NGS), and to find new therapeutic targets for slowing the progression of PDR.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

既往眼部外伤史、手术及视网膜激光光凝史,严重心、肝、肾疾病,感染,青光眼以及视网膜血管疾病如高血压视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、年龄相关性黄斑变性等。

Exclusion criteria:

Previous history of ocular trauma, surgery and retinal laser photocoagulation, serious heart, liver, kidney diseases, infection, glaucoma and retinal vascular diseases such as hypertensive retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration, etc.
