构建消化道出血救治的绿色通道并评估其临床应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to construct a green channel for treating gastrointestinal hemorrhage and evaluate its clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）住院时间48h内死亡者； （2）合并严重心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤疾病者； （3）临床资料不准确和主要相关结局指标（包括包括年龄、性别、BMI、合并疾病、血压、心率、幽门螺杆菌感染情况、尿素氮、预估出血量、是否静脉曲张出血、出血部位、治疗干预措施、内镜干预次数、输血量、止血药物使用、PPI药物使用、门镜时间、住院时间、住院费用、是否死亡及住院期间再次出血）缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who die within 48h of hospitalization time; (2) Those with comorbid severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumor diseases; (3) Those with inaccurate clinical data and major relevant outcome indicators (including including age, gender, BMI, comorbidities, blood pressure, heart rate, Helicobacter pylori infection status, urea nitrogen, predicted bleeding volume, whether variceal bleeding, site of bleeding, therapeutic interventions, number of endoscopic interventions, blood transfusion, use of hemostatic drugs, use of PPI medications, time of portal microscopy, length of hospitalization, hospitalization cost, whether death and rebleeding during hospitalization) were missing.
