研究目的：

1）创建基于17心肌节段模型（CatLet评分系统）的冠状动脉树权重表； 2）验证该评分系统预测急性心肌梗死患者行急诊PCI术后预后价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Derivation of a 17 myocardial segment-based angiographic scoring system (CatLet scoring system); 2) Its validation on outcome predictions in acute myocardial infarction undegoing primary PCI.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：
1）既往支架植入史；
2）“罪犯”血管难以确定；
3）不稳定性心绞痛；
4）陈旧性心梗；
5）心肌炎；
6）心肌病；
7）冠脉造影正常；
8）慢性闭塞病变；
9）冠脉栓塞；
10）转至其他科室进一步诊治

Exclusion criteria：

1) previous stenting;
2) undefined culprit vessels;
3) angina pectoris;
4) prior myocardial infarction;
5) normal CAG results;
6) viral myocarditis;
7) cardiomyopathy;
8) chronic total occlusion;
9) coronary artery embolism
and
10) transferred elsewhere for further treatment.
