研究目的：

构建膝关节骨关节炎的研究队列，随访观察膝关节骨关节炎的进展情况并分析相关风险因素，从而建立预测其进展及转归的预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

To construct the research cohort of osteoarthritis of the knee, Observe the progress of the disease and analyze the related risk factors. On this basis we establish a prediction model to predict its progress and outcome.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)其他原因所致关节疼痛者（感染、髋部或腰椎疾患）
2)继发性骨关节炎（类风湿、强直性脊柱炎 等）
3)严重内科合并症等无法参与研究者
4)评估可能无法完成检查和随访的患者（如：随访期间旅居外地、幽闭恐惧症无法进行核磁检查 等）
5)拒绝签署知情同意书者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Joint pain cause of other reasons;
2) Secondary osteoarthritis;
3) Serious internal medicine complications;
4) Can not complete inspection and follow-up;
5) Refusing to sign informed consent.
