研究目的：

通过儿童漏斗胸专病队列进一步健全的漏斗胸临床诊疗数据库和生物样本库，系统地构建儿童漏斗胸大数据和生物信息平台。为研究漏斗胸发生、发展、乃至结局的过程和影响因素，揭示漏斗胸自然病程规律提供数据支持；为漏斗胸儿童营养支持、家族遗传、生物标志物等研究提供样本平台；为手术方式、手术指征、手术时机的选择提供新的思路，漏斗胸疾病管理和预防控制管理提供重要理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

During the implementation of the corhort study of pectus excavatum in children, the clinical database and biobank will systematically build the big data platform of clinical and biological information. This platform may help reveal the law of pectus excavatum natural history, analyzing the factors which exert effect on it. Moreover, this platform will provide chances to explore the rules of nutrition support, genetic and biomarkers of pectus excavatum patients. Last but not least, this study may provide data support for surgical indications of pectus excavatum and provide the theoretical basis for pectus excavatum prevention, control and management.

1、未获得知情同意者等。
2、存在临床上认为不适纳入的患儿。

1. patients without patient consent form;
2. patients who are clinically unfit for inclusion.
