纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.全身性感染性疾病者。 2.由于智力或行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者。 3.合并凝血功能障碍者或消化道出血。 4.临床资料不全且中途退出者。 5.无明显桡动脉搏动或上肢外伤或手术损伤肱动脉。 6.房颤患者。 7.桡动脉、肱动脉、锁骨下动脉通路上存在影响介入器具通过的发育异常、闭塞或重度狭窄；需要保留桡动脉作为透析通路.。 8.Allen试验或Barbeau试验阳性。 9根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的

Exclusion criteria：

1. Persons with systemic infectious diseases. 2. Individuals who are unable to provide sufficient informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral impairments. 3. Patients with concomitant coagulation dysfunction or gastrointestinal bleeding. 4. Patients with incomplete clinical data and withdrawal midway. 5. No obvious radial artery pulsation or upper limb trauma or surgical injury to the brachial artery. 6. Patients with atrial fibrillation. 7. There are developmental abnormalities, occlusions, or severe stenosis on the radial artery, brachial artery, and subclavian artery pathways that affect the passage of interventional instruments; It is necessary to preserve the radial artery as a dialysis pathway. 8. Allen test or Barbeau test positive. According to the researcher's judgment, other lesions that may reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the work environment, may cause loss of follow-up
