研究目的：

本项目以异常视觉发育者为研究对象，以视觉认知中代表性的面孔认知功能为切入点，采用眼动追踪技术、脑电图/事件相关电位及功能性磁共振同步技术，通过同步记录受试者视觉识别任务中事件相关电位早晚期成分及反应脑区，探讨在视觉发育异常患者的皮层中，面孔认知前馈和反馈通路缺陷的具体机制并研究信号传导通路，从而阐明视觉认知异常的神经机制，为临床视觉异常发育者的治疗提供理论依据及方法参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This project takes people with abnormal visual development as the research object, takes the representative face cognitive function in visual cognition as the starting point, adopts eye tracking technology, EEG/event-related potential and functional magnetic resonance synchronization technology, and synchronically records the early and late components of event-related potential in visual recognition tasks of subjects and the response brain regions, so as to explore the effects of abnormal visual development in the cortex of patients with abnormal visual development. The specific mechanism of the defects of feedforward and feedback pathways of face cognition and the signal transduction pathway were studied, so as to clarify the neural mechanism of visual cognitive abnormalities, and provide theoretical basis and methodological reference for the treatment of patients with clinical visual abnormalities.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 其他器质性眼部病变及病史 2) 精神性疾病及病史 3) 幽闭恐惧症或有金属植入物等原因而不能配合磁共振检查者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Other organic ocular pathology and medical history 2) Psychiatric disorders and medical history 3) Claustrophobia or metal implants that prevent the patient from undergoing MRI examination.
