研究目的：

口腔种植体常用于牙列缺损和缺失修复，以提高缺牙患者修复后的口腔功能和美观。种植体周围炎指在种植体骨结合已经形成的情况下，发生周围组织炎症的过程，是宿主对种植治疗、细胞因子和微生物等作出的炎症性反应，属于慢性进展性边缘炎症。其发病率为 4% ～ 15%。本研究用生信数据分析、RT-PCR法及酶联免疫吸附（enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay，ELISA）法检测口腔种植龈沟液中炎症因子的基因表达及浓度，分析其与种植体周围组织炎症的关系。寻找干预靶点，为口腔种植体炎症的预防和治疗提供有力的依据。

Objectives of Study：

Oral implants are often used to repair denture defects and defects to improve the oral function and appearance of patients with missing teeth. Peri-implant inflammation refers to the process of inflammation of the surrounding tissues when the implant bone union has been formed. It is an inflammatory response of the host to implantation therapy, cytokines and microorganisms, and belongs to chronic progressive marginal inflammation. The incidence is 4% to 15%. In this study, bioinformatics data analysis, RT-PCR and enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) were used to detect the gene expression and concentration of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid of oral implants, and to analyze the relationship between gene expression and the inflammation of peri-implant tissues. To explore the intervention target, to provide a strong basis for the prevention and treatment of oral implant inflammation.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 心、肺等重要脏器功能不全者或患有其他严重系统性疾病者； 2. 凝血功能异常者； 3. 免疫功能缺陷者； 4. 合并恶性肿瘤者； 5. 有精神病史或言语交流困难等不能配合治疗患者； 6. 处于备孕期、妊娠期、哺乳期的女性患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. The heart, lungs and other important organs are not fully functional or suffer from other serious systemic diseases; 2. Abnormal coagulation function; 3. Immune function deficiency; 4. Patients with malignant tumor; 5. Patients with a history of mental illness or difficulty in verbal communication who cannot cooperate with treatment; 6. Female patients who are preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy or breastfeeding;
