研究目的：

建立前瞻性、国际多中心真实世界 1-12 岁免疫耐受期 HBV 感染儿童队列，明确不同年龄段 IT 期患儿抗病毒治疗的必要性和临床治愈的影响因素，创建抗病毒治疗方案，形成专家共识。

Objectives of Study：

Establish a prospective, international, multi-center real-world cohort of HBV-infected children aged 1-12 years old during the immune-tolerant phase to clarify the necessity of antiviral treatment in pediatric patients at different ages of the IT phase and identify factors influencing clinical cure. Create antiviral treatment protocols and establish expert consensus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1合并 HAV、HCV、HDV、HEV、HIV、EBV、CMV 等病毒感染; 2临床诊断肝硬化; 3影像学或组织学明确肝癌; 4进行干扰素治疗的患儿，需排除干扰素治疗的禁忌症; 5研究者认为存在其他不适合参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Co-infection with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV, HIV, EBV, CMV, or other viral infections. 2 Clinical diagnosis of cirrhosis. 3 Definitive diagnosis of liver cancer by imaging or histology. 4 Children undergoing interferon therapy must exclude contraindications to interferon treatment. 5 Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigators.
