研究目的：

1.获得强迫障碍患者脑灰质、脑白质结构网络和静息态脑功能网络的特点及其之间的联系,为明确强迫障碍的病理生理机制提供更多的理论支持; 2.从个体水平上，确定多模态磁共振成像数据对强迫障碍的诊断价值。为强迫障碍的临床诊断提供一种潜在的有效生物学标记。

Objectives of Study：

1. Obtain the characteristics of gray matter, white matter structure network and resting state brain function network in OCD patients, and to provide more theoretical support for understanding the pathophysiological mechanism of OCD; 2. to determine the diagnostic value of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging data for OCD at the individual level. It will provides a potentially effective biomarker for the clinical diagnosis of OCD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

Ⅰ.具有脑器质性疾病和重大躯体疾病史；
Ⅱ.符合精神分裂症、情感性精神障碍、抑郁症等其他精神障碍诊断；
Ⅲ.具有药物依赖及精神活性物质使用证据；自杀企图者；孕妇或哺乳期女性；
Ⅳ.有磁共振检查禁忌症：如体内有金属植入物者，如心脏起搏器、人工股骨头、骨折术后体内留有钢钉、体内残留金属片者等；
Ⅴ.不能耐受 MRI 扫描环境者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of brain organic diseases and major somatic diseases;
2. Diagnosis of schizophrenia, affective disorders, depression and other mental disorders;
3. Evidence of drug dependence and psychoactive substance use; suicide attempts; pregnant or lactating women;
4. There are some contraindications for MRI examination: there are metal implants in the body;
5. Unable to tolerate MRI scan environment.

我们将提前递送给核磁中心（齐齐哈尔医学院第三附属医院核磁中心）所有受试者的年龄、性别以及所有患者的编号，随机化是通过一个计算机模型完成。所有参与者将会在每个月固定时间收到由核磁中心设计的扫描方案。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

We will give the subjects' age, gender and number of all patients to MRI center (MRI center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University) , randomization is completed by a computer model. All participants will receive a scan plan designed by the MRI center every month at a fix.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	病例记录表记录病人的一般信息和临床症状，MRI数据由专职人员进行整理和管理。
