研究目的：

（1）构建智慧健康教育体系。 （2）了解重症脑卒中主要照顾者照顾准备度现状并探讨重症脑卒中主要照顾者照顾准备度影响因素。 （3）构建重症脑卒中主要照顾者照顾准备度方案并验证该方案在重症脑卒中主要照顾者中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Building a smart health education system. (2) To understand the status quo of care readiness of major caregivers of severe stroke and explore the influencing factors of care readiness of major caregivers of severe stroke. (3) Construct the care readiness plan for major caregivers of severe stroke and verify the application effect of this plan in major caregivers of severe stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者排除标准：①合并其他严重疾病，如恶性肿瘤、心力衰竭、肾衰竭等。 主要照顾者排除标准：①曾参加过相关研究者；②有严重慢性病（恶性肿瘤、心功能衰竭、呼吸功能衰竭等）。

Exclusion criteria: ① complicated with other serious diseases, such as malignant tumor, heart failure, kidney failure, etc. Primary caregiver exclusion criteria: ① have participated in relevant researchers; There are serious chronic diseases (malignant tumors, heart failure, respiratory failure, etc.).
