研究目的：

本研究以骨质疏松症人群为研究对象，通过对比仙灵骨葆胶囊联合双磷酸盐与双磷酸盐治疗骨质疏松症的疗效及安全性，为仙灵骨葆胶囊联合双磷酸盐治疗骨质疏松症提供科学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study regards osteoporosis group as the research object, through the comparison of the Xianlinggubao capsule combined Zoledronic Acid Injection and Zoledronic Acid Injection treatment the curative effect and security of the osteoporosis, to provide scientific evidence for Xianlinggubao capsule combined Zoledronic Acid Injection in the treatment of osteoporosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①继发性骨质疏松症；②曾接受双磷酸盐、鲑鱼降钙素、雌激素等治疗；③恶性肿瘤或精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary osteoporosis;
2. Treated with bisphosphonates, salmon calcitonin and estrogen;
3. A malignant tumor or mental illness.
