研究目的：

1.通过测量Twin-Block功能矫治后不同时间点硬组织及气道的改变，评估Twin-Block矫治器的疗效，为临床中矫治器及矫治时间的选择提供参考依据。 2.通过测量不同性别、年龄、身高、体重，生长型，覆合覆盖的患者矫治后的软组织改变，初步探讨影响Twin-Block患者硬组织及气道改变的相关因素，为临床选择合适的适应证及保持时间提供参考依据  

Objectives of Study：

1. The curative effect of Twin-Block appliance was evaluated by measuring the changes of hard tissue and airway at different time points after Twin-Block functional correction, providing a reference for the selection of appliance and correction time in clinical practice. 2. By measuring the soft tissue changes of patients with different gender, age, height, weight, growth type and overlay, the relevant factors of the factors affecting hard tissue and airway

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）系统性疾病，综合征，先天性异常； （2）正畸治疗史； （3）气道手术史； （4）面部偏斜； （5）有颌骨外伤史； （6）因自身原因无法完成矫治及随访者；

Exclusion criteria：

Systemic disease, syndrome, congenital anomalies; History of orthodontic treatment; A history of airway surgery; Facial slant; History of jaw bone trauma; Those who cannot complete the correction and follow-up due to their own reasons;
