构建基于精准护理理念下的废用性膝关节挛缩患者康复护理方案，并探讨该方案对废用性膝关节挛缩患者的可行性及有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To construct a rehabilitation nursing program for patients with disuse knee contracture under the concept of precision nursing, and to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of this program for patients with disuse knee contracture.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并其他骨、关节疾病，如关节炎、骨肿瘤、关节结核等；②合并有心、脑、肺、肝、肾以及造血系统等严重疾病者；③患者依从性差，有认知障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

①Combined with other bone and joint diseases, such as arthritis, bone tumor, joint tuberculosis, etc.; ②Those with severe diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; ③Patients with poor compliance and cognitive impairment, etc.

采用分层随机化的方法，对可能产生混杂影响的因素(年龄、性别、病程等)进行分层，然后利用Rand函数在每一层内生成随机数，按1:1的比例随机分为干预组和对照组。

Using a stratified randomization method, the factors that may have confounding effects (age, sex, disease course, etc.) were stratified, and then random numbers are generated within each stratum using Rand function, which are randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to the proportion of 1:1.
