研究目的：

通过NB专病队列建设，整合NB患儿的临床诊疗数据及生物样本资源，我们的目的主要有：①为规范儿童NB诊治方案、改善和提高NB患儿的无进展生存率和总生存率提供依据；②为动态分析NB分子生物学标志物提供标本平台，探索新型分子标记物对不同分型NB患儿的疗效预测价值；③确立能够反映神经母细胞瘤分子特征的功能和代谢临床表现特征和相关生物学标志，将其应用于神经母细胞瘤诊断和治疗过程中，为神经母细胞瘤动态个体化分子诊断、靶向治疗提供科学的评价依据。  

Objectives of Study：

standardize the treatment of neuroblastoma; stored the sample and tissue of neuroblastoma; establish the clinical and biologica database of neuroblastoma.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并其他严重疾病，肝肾功能异常；
（2）未获得知情同意者；
（3）继发性神经母细胞瘤；
（4）临床医生判断的其他不适宜纳入研究的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

associated severe condition; Without informed consent; secondary neuroblastoma.
