研究目的：

1.构建子宫内膜癌临床专病队列，收集发生、发展及转归等相关指标； 2.建立子宫内膜癌全疾病谱生物样品库，构建与之匹配的包括流行病学、临床诊治以及结局随访等综合信息的大数据体系； 3.为子宫内膜癌的转化医学和精准医学研究搭建资源和平台。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To construct the clinical disease queue of endometrial carcinoma, and to collect the related indicators such as occurrence, development and reorientation. 2. To construct a large data system of comprehensive information including epidemiology, clinical diagnosis and final follow-up is established for the establishment of a full spectrum biological sample library of endometrial cancer. 3.To build resources and platform for the translational medicine and precision medical research of endometrial carcinoma.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重基础疾病，其他肿瘤患者；
2.盆腔和下生殖道急性炎症；
3.妊娠期患者；
4.未获得知情同意者

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with severe underlying disease, other tumors;
2. Acute inflammation of the pelvic cavity and lower reproductive tract;
3. Gestational patient;
4. No informed consent was obtained
