研究目的：

探究全麻联合椎旁神经阻滞在小儿胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术中的应用价值。 (1) 分析椎旁神经阻滞在小儿胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤手术中应用的安全有效性 (2) 分析椎旁神经阻滞对小儿纵隔肿瘤术后恢复质量的影响

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application value of general anesthesia combined with paravertebral nerve block in thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection in children Be worth. (1) To analyze the safety and effectiveness of paravertebral nerve block in thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor surgery in children (2) To analyze the effect of paravertebral nerve block on postoperative recovery quality of mediastinal tumors in children

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①法定监护人拒绝参与此项研究； ②术后带管返回 PICU 的患儿； ③中转开胸患儿； ④胸廓畸形患儿； ⑤经历过多次手术的患儿； ⑥发育迟缓的、无法进行语言交流的患儿； ⑦穿刺部位有感染或破溃的患儿； ⑧凝血功能异常的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1 The legal guardian refuses to participate in the study; 2 Children who returned to PICU with tube after operation; 3 Children with thoracotomy; 4 Children with thoracic malformations; 5 Children who have undergone multiple operations; 6 children who are developmentally delayed and unable to communicate with language; 7 Children with infection or rupture at the puncture site; 8 Children with abnormal coagulation function.
